Two sentences first: your entries never leave your browser, and the only thing we measure is whether the page loaded.

1 · What we never collect 我们绝不收集什么
Your diary entries, long entries, mood picks, tags, assessment answers, reasoning answers and reading notes are never sent to us. There is no account, no server-side database of your writing, and no way for us to read it — not because we promise not to look, but because it is not there.
日记、长文、心情、标签、测评答案、推理答案、读书笔记——一概不上传。没有账号，服务器上没有你写的任何东西。不是我们承诺不看，是那里根本没有。
2 · Where your data actually lives 你的数据到底存在哪里
Everything is stored in your own browser's localStorage (本地存储) — a small storage area on your device, tied to this domain. Nothing is synced across devices.

The practical consequence: clearing your browser data, or using private mode, deletes your entries. We cannot recover them for you.
实际后果：清理浏览器数据、或用无痕模式，你的记录就没了。我们无法帮你恢复。
3 · Your controls 你能控制什么
- Export（导出） — one button produces a JSON file of everything, any time, with no waiting and no request to us. 一键导出全部数据为 JSON 文件，随时，不用申请。
- Delete（删除） — clearing site data in your browser removes everything permanently. 在浏览器里清除此站点的数据，等于永久删除。
- Offline（离线） — the app works without a network connection once loaded. 加载过一次之后，断网也能用。
4 · The one thing we do measure: analytics 我们确实会测量的唯一一件事：访问统计
We use Google Analytics 4 (谷歌分析 4 代), property ID G-W8W8C96MEP. It records page views and basic technical context: pages visited, referring site, approximate location derived from IP (city level), device type, browser and language, and whether you clicked a major button.
我们用了谷歌分析，编号 G-W8W8C96MEP。它记录的是：访问了哪几页、从哪来的、由 IP 推出的大致城市、设备类型、浏览器与语言、有没有点过主要按钮。
What it never receives: the text you type, your answers, your mood selections, your tags, or anything inside your entries. We do not send entry content to analytics, and there is no field in our tracking that could carry it.
它绝不会收到：你打的字、你的答案、你选的心情、你的标签，以及记录里的任何内容。我们不会把记录内容发给统计工具，追踪代码里也没有能装下它的字段。
We use it for one purpose: to know whether the pages work and where people stop. No advertising, no remarketing, no audience building, no selling of data — we have nothing to sell and no list to build.
用途只有一个：知道页面能不能用、人卡在哪。不做广告、不做再营销、不建人群包、不卖数据——我们也没有可卖的东西。
5 · Cookies Cookie（浏览器小文件）
Clayplot sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets two: _ga (distinguishes visitors, up to 2 years) and _ga_<ID> (keeps session state, up to 2 years).
Clayplot 自己不设 cookie。谷歌分析设两个：_ga（区分访客，最长 2 年）与 _ga_<ID>（维持会话状态，最长 2 年）。
To refuse them: block third-party cookies in your browser, use private mode, or install Google's official Analytics Opt-out add-on. The app keeps working with analytics fully blocked — it does not depend on it.
想拒绝：浏览器里屏蔽第三方 cookie、用无痕模式，或装谷歌官方的分析退出插件。统计全被拦掉，应用照样能用。
6 · Who else touches the data 还有谁经手
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site, so it processes connection data (IP, request headers) to serve pages and block attacks. Cloudflare 托管与分发站点，因此会处理连接数据（IP、请求头）用于投递页面与拦攻击。
- Google (Analytics) — as described above; data may be processed outside your country. 谷歌（分析）——如上；数据可能在你所在国家之外处理。
That is the complete list. No payment processor, no email marketing tool, no CRM, no advertising network is connected to this site.
名单就这些。没有接支付、没有接邮件营销、没有接客户管理、没有接广告网络。
7 · Your rights 你的权利（美国／欧盟口径）
Under laws such as the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act，加州消费者隐私法) and the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation，欧盟通用数据保护条例), you have the right to know what is collected, to correct or delete it, to object to processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
按加州消费者隐私法、欧盟通用数据保护条例这类法律，你有权知道被收集了什么、要求更正或删除、反对处理，且不会因为行使这些权利而被区别对待。
In practice: we hold no entry data to hand over, because it never reached us. For analytics data, write to the address in §9 and we will delete what can be tied to you, or explain why it cannot be.
实际情形：我们手里没有你的记录可以交出来，因为它从没到过我们这里。至于统计数据，写 §9 的邮箱，我们会删掉能对应到你个人的部分，或者说明为什么对应不上。
8 · Not a medical service 这不是医疗服务

10 · Changes 改动
If this page changes in a way that affects what is collected, the effective date at the top changes and the change is described here. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
如果改动影响到「收集什么」，顶部日期会变，改动会写在这里。我们不会悄悄扩大收集范围。
